Description: When Will Byers, a twelve year old boy disappears, the quiet town of Hawkins becomes the scene of strange events.

Mike, Dustin and Lucas go out on a search for the missing friend and end up finding Eleven, a mysterious girl with incredible powers that somehow is connected with the disappearance of Will.
Hopper, the grumpy delegate, and Joyce Byers, the boy's mother, must unravel the mysteries behind everything, and resort to extremely strange means to save William Byers.

Involving government conspiracies, parent-child problems, and a lot of adventure and science fiction, this series, which takes place in the context of the 1980s, references the communists' fears and various nerds like The Lord of the Rings saga and The Hobbit, RPG games and science fiction films.
